Our room had a comfortable bed, it was spotless. All of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Great and perfect location for visiting pubs and restaurants close to the hotel.

Incredibly comfortable room, everything was great. Comfy beds, central heating, an iron, and a TV set in the room. A great selection of fresh bread, cereals, and cheese at breakfast. Marvellous location, 24 minutes drive from the airport. Close to a bus station, that's cool.

The room with twin beds and a shared bathroom was enjoyable, and the location was great, close to Goodison and Anfield stadiums as well as supermarkets and a bus stop.

The property was minutes from a bus station. Really enjoyed central heating, an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room.

The breakfast food was cheap, with bread, cereals and cheese etc. The twin room was spotless, included a shower, dryers and bath sheets. Appreciated our place and would stay here again...

For the price I paid , I couldn't be happier with my stay. The room was basic yet clean, and the shared bathroom was also well-maintained. The shared kitchen was a bonus, and I loved having the balcony to sit and enjoy a smoke. The staff were friendly and accommodating, showing me around and making me feel welcome. The location was ideal, within walking distance to both Premier League stadiums and with easy access to the city centre via bus. it was perfect for my needs and I would definitely stay again.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast menu was if it had more variety. Other than that, no complaints here.

My one-night stay at a guesthouse near the Premier League stadiums was fantastic. The room and shared bathroom were clean, and the shared kitchen was a bonus. The staff was friendly and even showed me around. The location was perfect for my football plans, and there were nearby amenities. I'm extremely satisfied with my stay.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the toilet and shower being in the same room and limited plug sockets, they didn't greatly affect my overall experience.
